Applies to All Services, Programs, Digital Products, and Events Provided by Kimberly LaForte / Lotus Life Yoga Center, LLC

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, products, programs, events, coaching, and materials provided by Kimberly LaForte operating under the registered business name Lotus Life Yoga Center, LLC, also referred to as “Vocal Honey™,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” This includes, but is not limited to, online coaching, masterminds, masterclasses, live or virtual events, retreats, digital products, courses, workshops, and any associated materials (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a partnership (an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the coach and the client in a thought-provoking and creative process designed to maximize personal, professional, and/or spiritual potential. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health care, or medical treatment. You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, mental health, or other qualified professionals. You are solely responsible for seeking independent professional guidance as needed.

Disclaimer & No Guarantees
We do not and cannot guarantee specific results, earnings, or outcomes from our Services. Results vary based on individual effort, personal circumstances, and commitment. Any examples of success shared in marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.

Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer
You acknowledge that:
Kimberly LaForte is not a medical professional, mental health counselor, psychologist, or licensed therapist.


Our Services do not involve diagnosing or treating medical or mental health conditions.


You should seek professional medical or mental health advice before making any changes to your physical, mental, or emotional health.


If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, we recommend informing them of your participation in our Services.



Physical Movement & Emotional Practices
Some of our Services may involve movement, somatic practices, breathwork, or exercises that can bring up intense physical or emotional responses. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally able to participate safely. If at any time you feel unsafe or unwell, stop participating immediately and seek medical or mental health assistance.

Suitability & Responsibility
We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your specific needs or circumstances. You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results from participating in our Services.

Emotional Responsibility & Triggers
Participation in our Services may involve sensitive discussions or activities that could be emotionally triggering. You agree to take responsibility for your emotional well-being, seek support if needed, and notify us if you wish to stop participating.

Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
All fees are due as stated at the time of purchase.


Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable.


If a payment plan is agreed upon, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of whether you participate fully in the Services.



Cancellation, Rescheduling & Transfers
If you are unable to attend a live or virtual event, retreat, or scheduled session, please notify us as soon as possible. Transfer or rescheduling options may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

Event Conduct & Removal
Whether in person or online, you agree to participate respectfully. We reserve the right to remove you from any Service without refund if your behavior is disruptive, harmful, or violates these Terms.

Media Release (Photos, Videos, Recordings)
By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Service, you grant Kimberly LaForte, Lotus Life Yoga Center, LLC, and Vocal Honey™ the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, record, and capture your likeness, voice, image, and participation, in whole or in part, in any format (the “Recordings”).

You grant us the right to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publish, edit, or otherwise use these Recordings in all forms and media, including marketing, promotional, and educational materials, without compensation to you.

If you wish to opt out of being recorded or photographed, you must submit a written request to hello@kimberlylaforte.com at least 7 days prior to the start of the Service.

Intellectual Property
All materials, methods, content, videos, audios, worksheets, and teachings provided through our Services are the intellectual property of Kimberly LaForte and Lotus Life Yoga Center, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, share, sell, or reproduce these materials without our written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
